This is Supreme Lord Siroyus, the Leader of the Legion of Lost Souls and one of the newcomer Supreme Lords. Originally the "trump card" during the Instigation Era due to the fact that he possessed a powerful Dark Matter Bomb in his Kor. He was petrified by the paranoid Angels and remained in solid stone for 22 million years until he was released by a more powerful Revalokai and offered a commander position. Siroyus accepted and formed his own Legion, comprised of outcasts and drifters. Siroyus masters a strange combination of elements called "The In-Between" in which he is grand with both light and darkness. He also trained Reagus in this elemental combination.
